ACR Clean Room specifically designed to provide a clean and sterile environment for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, laboratory, and hospital industries. It is engineered to be easily cleaned and free from dust and microorganisms.

Clean Room Classification Particle Count
The primary authority in the US and Canada is the ISO classification system ISO 14644-1. The most common classes are ISO 7 and ISO 8. ACR provides ISO 5, ISO 6, ISO 7, and ISO 8.

Wall & Ceiling System
The Clean Room walls are made of insulated polyurethane panels with an anti-bacterial colorbond layer. The "edge-free" corner makes the room easy to clean and prevents dust and dirt from accumulating. Each joint is coated with silicone, making the room completely seamless.
Windows
The window cushions are specially designed to facilitate cleaning.
Door System
The insulated swing door is made of polyurethane material and can be equipped with a window. A transaction window is also available for the transfer of goods in and out. The transaction window provides security and convenience for transferring documents, equipment, and materials between clean rooms.
